How Do I Earn Points?

You can easily earn points by making any purchase, including cover charges, drinks and merchandise in Eagle Leathers.

Play word of the day on the app once a week whether you are at the Eagle or at Home.  ProTip – You get extra chances to play and win if you’re at the Eagle.

How does my server know I am a rewards member?

Be sure to tell your server that you are a member everytime you make a new order.  In order to keep it easy we have several ways to let them know.

QR CODE – Show your server your membership QR code on your app. They will scan the QR code to attach your account to your tab or order. You can find your QR code by tapping the icon to the right just below the lock box on the home screen of the app.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD – Use the same credit card(s) everytime you visit.  When you start a new order show the server your QR Code. Then pay with any Credit or Debit card.  From now on, all you have to do is use that same card with any new transaction.  No need to show your QR code or give your phone number. You will automatically accumulate points.

PHONE # – Alternately you can tell the server your phone number.

What if I don't carry my phone and cannot show my QR code?

No worries – just tell the serer your phone number.  But be sure to tell them before you pay.  After it is paid we may not be able to add your points.   

And remember – if you always use the same credit/debit card, you will automatically accumulate points. 

 

How do I attach my Credit/Debit Card(s) to my rewards account?

When you start a new order show the server your QR Code or give them your phone number. Then pay with any Credit or Debit card.  From now on, all you have to do is use the same card.  No need to show your QR code or give your phone number. You will automatically accumulate points.

How many credit/debit cards can I have attached to my account?

You can have as many credit/debit cards attached to oyour account as you like. 

How can I confirm my credit/debit card is attached to my account?

If you use the credit/debit card, you can check in your app and see the points for any transaction as soon at the server closes the check.  Just note that we often do not close the checks until after the bar closes so the points may not show up immediately.

You will also receive a text or push notification when you have earned a mystery box, reward, or points.

If you are attaching a credit/debit card for the first time and you want to confirm it worked, ask your server and they will be able to immediately close your check so you can see the points.  Just allow that when it is very busy and the music is loud is not the best time to check this. A manager may also be able to help you.

In the next update of the App, we expect that you will be able to see your credit cards in the app.

What if I pay cash and do not use a credit/debit card?

Just be sure to show the server your QR code with each order.

Why can't I put my membership card in my Android Wallet?

We wondered the same thing.  Our software engineers tell us it is beccause of very complicated reasons involving a story about a python who drank too much java and never got better than a C+ in school because all the sequel episodes were out of order . Then they glared at us from behind their mutliple monitors and told us they were working on it very hard and a lot of time and night and day and it would happen soon. …At least we think that’s what they said. The pew pew pew bang bang boom sounds coming from their computers were REALLY loud. 

 

What if I think I am missing points?

Talk to any manager at the Eagle. They can check it out with you and make any necessary adjustments to your account. Or just drop an email to Diego@EaglebarWM.com. Be sure to include your phone number so he can lookup your account. And of course tell him the date and approximate time you came in.  If you can give the last four digits of the card you used to pay, he will definitely be able to find your transactions. 

How do I claim my rewards?

You can see all the rewards you have right on your app.  Just tell your server that you want to claim a reward and show them the QR code on your phone.

How will I know I have reached VIP Status?

As soon as you have eaned 1,500 points in a 6 month look-back period, you will get a VIP badge on your membership card. You can immediately start enjoying the benefits of being a VIP.  You can learn more about VIP Status HERE.

Do my rewards points expire?

No your rewards points do not expire.  But, some of the prizes, which can include bonus rewards points, do expire if they are not claimed. when you get a notification that you have earned a mystery box or other goodie, be sure to claim it before it goes away.  Once you claim a prize it will be added to the list of rewards available for you to claim in your rewards app and it will not expire except due to availability changes.

Do I have to download the APP?

Unless you download the app, there will be no way for you to redeem rewards.
